藝人明道不斷緩徵 內政部研議底線 (中廣) Aug 26th 2011, 12:25 藝人「明道」唸了十一年大學，不斷以緩徵延後服兵役，被內政部列為黑名單。役政署副署長「李忠敬」表示，只要沒有超過緩徵的法定底線，不管是不是藝人，都會尊重。 　　內政部表示，依照兵役法規定，現行緩徵的最高年齡是三十三歲，不過「李忠敬」也說，考量到社會觀感，未來會和國防部及教育部，共同討論如何讓「兵役法規」更加公平，當然也會一併討論「在學學生」緩徵年齡的底限。
